Maori Language Week
Kia Ora.
What a fabulous week we have had celebrating Maori Language week.
Room 9 have been sharing their feelings and describing the weather in Te Reo, singing waita and playing games to encourage recall of the Maori colours.
On Monday, each class 'chalked it up!' The children drew pictures that relate to Maori and wrote words, sentences and numbers in Te Reo.
