Kiwi As

During the holidays the children were encouraged to continue to do some of the activities on their 'Ilam School Kiwi As passports'. 

As the passports fill up the children can earn a 'Sweet As' certificate and badge. 

2 Room 9 children have now earned these. 

I wonder how many more will earn these special awards?

Bee Bots

On Monday last week, the class blended to areas of interest. They were practising their programming skills with the Bee Bots while also reinforcing their new learning around 3D shapes in Geometry. They had to identify the 3D shape described by programming the Bee Bot to move to that shape.
Tricky stuff!! They did so well.
